On August 21st, the Northwest Neighborhood Alliance co-authored a letter with Abundant Housing Illinois to the office of Alderman La Spata of the 1st Ward, in support of the proposed development at 2758 N. Mozart Street.
The proposal would turn a decade-old vacant lot into a 40-unit brick apartment building with ground-floor retail. The city of Chicago desperately needs more housing supply, and this building will help to do so while also limiting additional new cars in the neighborhood.
