The Northwest Neighborhood Alliance is a grassroots group of neighbors that believes that Chicago should be livable and accessible for all. To do that, we need to work together to demand the changes we want to see in our neighborhoods.
Our system of local government is outdated and unresponsive - we need to speak up for the best interests of our communities.
Our borders are based on the city's Community Areas - borders which do not change and which represent the people of our city. We represent neighborhoods within the Logan Square, West Town, and Humboldt Park community areas.
Our neighborhoods should put safety first - on our streets, in our communities, and on transit.
From fast, frequent transit to protected bike lanes, our neighborhoods should make it easy to get around.
From building new housing to facilitating small businesses, our communities should be a place for our residents to thrive.
